Texas Athletics formally announced a collaboration with Humann, a company specializing in heart-health nutrition supplements, on Monday. As part of the agreement, the Humann logo will now be displayed on Texas’s playing fields during all athletic events throughout the season.
An interview with Chris Del Conte on Partnership
According to On3, Texas athletic director Chris Del Conte issued a message. The statement accentuates the fact that the collaboration with Humann is in line with the innovation tradition of the University of Texas, which influences the world. It could not happen that someone decided to put a brand on the university’s athletic fields or the venues in which they participate and engage in sports, without that brand having a specific connection to the university.
Humann meets this criterion since it has Texas roots, has helped student-athletes for over 10 years, and has been working to bring better cardiovascular health to Longhorn fans and people worldwide.
Humann and Texas Long Relationship
Longhorns are not new to Humann. The company has more than a decade-long working relationship with Texas Athletics, which means they help athletes receive nutritional products to improve their performance and ensure heart health. The partnership means the Humann logo will appear on nearly every Texas sports venue, including:
- Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium (football)
- Moody Center (basketball, starting 2026-27 season)
- UFCU Disch-Falk Field (baseball)
- Red & Charline McCombs Field (softball)
- Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center (swimming & diving)
- Gregory Gymnasium (volleyball)
- Texas Tennis Center (tennis)
- Mike A. Myers Athletic Stadium (track and soccer)
- Texas Longhorns Boathouse (rowing)
- Charles Alan Wright Fields at the Berry M. Whitaker Complex (beach volleyball)
- UT Golf Club (men’s & women’s golf)
This is not simply a branding deal. It epitomizes the common vision between Humann and the University of Texas to be innovative, health-conscious, and excel in all aspects, serving athletes and fans.
