We are excited to officially welcome Chris Smart as the Director of High School Scouting for NILvana Sports.
Chris brings a strong foundation in player evaluation, recruiting strategy, and collegiate football operations. His experience includes serving as a running backs scout at Virginia Tech, a defensive scout at Eastern Kentucky University, and a recruiting operations intern at the University of Louisville. He is currently a Graduate Assistant in the University of Louisville Sport Administration Program while also working as a Scout and Recruiting Consultant with Blue Chip Sports.
Chris understands the full talent development pipeline, from high school identification to collegiate evaluation and recruitment. His background aligns directly with our mission to create meaningful, real-world opportunities for students while elevating the visibility of emerging athletes.
At NILvana Sports, we are committed to building a scouting infrastructure that is educational, experiential, and impactful. Chris will play a key role in leading our high school scouting initiatives and mentoring the next generation of evaluators and analysts.
